Mate Balance - Use

Place the insert into the mate cup without applying pressure, fill with water so that the bottom of the insert is slightly submerged, and sprinkle on a mound of yerba mate. Then insert the bombilla and enjoy. As soon as the flavor diminishes, add more dry mate from the balance insert as needed.
