Our yerba mate trees grow protected in the shade of other trees and are harvested only every two years. This gives each leaf time to develop its full aroma – intense, fresh, and pure. After harvesting, the leaves are gently air-dried without smoke or fire. You can taste it: pure yerba mate flavor, just as it should be.

One tablespoon of syrup, 100ml of ice-cold water – and your Matelimo is ready. More syrup for a stronger kick, less for a smoother drink. Sparkling, SodaStream, or still – it's up to you. A squeeze of lime adds a fresh, fruity touch.

Yes, our mate syrup contains caffeine. The more syrup you use, the higher the caffeine content – you control the intensity.
Yes, both varieties are EU organic certified (DE-ÖKO-006). No artificial flavorings, colorings, sweeteners or preservatives.
Unopened, if stored correctly, it will keep for at least 12 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
